energy
ACEMANBAS works to give sustainable energy to the country through Solar, Wind and Waste-to-Energy with the approval of ITCOT. We have a team that has an in-depth knowledge of developing homegrown methods to extract electricity from common renewable resources. With a finite amount of non-renewable resources present in the world, this branch of our company was brought into existence to give the people an alternative source of energy that is more successful in enhancing the quality of earth without depleting its resources.
Solar
A source as simple as sunlight can help in generating electricity for as much as heating water to light up a house. The primary step in generating electricity from sunlight would be installing solar panels on a plain open surface where they could harness the sunlight without any hiccups. Solar panels have photovoltaic cells present in them. This cell when coming in contact with sunlight creates small electric voltage. One photovoltaic cell merely generates 2 watts but when several cells are attached together the magnitude of energy produced increases. Since understanding its potential several solar parks have emerged in the country.
Wind
Wind power is the conversion of wind energy into electricity through wind turbines. A wind turbine has 3 propellers-like blades called rotors. The rotor is attached to a tall tower since winds are stronger higher from the ground.
When magnets move past stator AC electricity is produced that is later converted into DC electricity. This can charge batteries that store the electrical energy or into an inverter for feeding power into the electricity grid.
Waste-to-Energy
Waste-to-Energy plants burn household and similar waste that could not be prevented or recycled. From this waste, the plants generate energy. This can be in the form of steam, electricity or hot water. Waste-to-Energy is a hygienic method of treating waste, reducing its volume by about 90%.
